Parque Balneario Hotel Santos By Castelo Itaipava, Santos (Sao Paulo)

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not up to par with mold-green on the windows and old furnishings, but the rooftop pool was in need of cleaning. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory.

The hotel has a great location right in front of the beach in the desirable Gonzaga neighborhood, offering extensive shopping and dining opportunities nearby. The rooms are quite shabby with old furnishings, but spacious. The staff is friendly and willing to assist, although the front office could be more welcoming. Dining is excellent but lacked table cleaning service. The facilities are well-maintained, offering a nice retreat close to the sea.
